Refunds are not given for digitally delivered files sent to your email or hand drawn items due to the personalized nature of the product itself.
INVITATIONS / CUSTOM BOARDS ETC.
- If you purchase an item that requires personalization (such as your childs name, age, birthday details, etc) please ensure you have provided the correct order form with your payment. If not, send the order form, which can be found in the listing you purchased, to [email protected] immediately!!!
- Allow 24-48 hours for proofs of most items to be emailed to you for approval. Digital custom boards may take 3-5 days. Please ensure the email address you provided is correct.
NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS:
- All pre-designed items that do not require personalization can be downloaded from the link sent to your email address after payment has cleared. These items can include digital cupcake toppers, labels, raffle tickets, and more. Please download & save to a computer ASAP.
HAND DRAWN BIRTHDAY BOARDS:
- Hand drawn boards can take anywhere from 10-14 business days to ship and an additional 2-5 days for shipping. If you did not provide the required order form when payment was made, please email it to [email protected] immediately or your order will be delayed.
Hand drawn boards will ship via USPS to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) only. Boards are packaged in slim white boxes to reduce shipping costs and each box will include either "Do Not Bend" or "Fragile" stickers - sometimes both depending on availability.
Because of the very personalized and handmade nature of these boards, no refunds or returns are excepted. If your board is damaged during shipping, an insurance claim can be filed via USPS. To do so you MUST first take photos of the damaged box BEFORE OPENING! And again take photos after opening to show both damage to the box and board itself. USPS may not approve your insurance claim without these photos. The claim, if approved, will refund you for the $25.00 cost of your board.
